Kelsey is a native of Tompkins County who found herself wandering the states after graduating technician school in 2013. Although she lived as far as Tennessee, her heart has always belonged in the Ithaca area. Now that she is back, she works full time at Cornell University as an anesthesia technician and soon to be part time with SOS! Previous to her move back to the area, Kelsey directed the veterinary department at The SPCA Serving Allegany County. She managed and ran the opening of their low cost spay and neuter program for the public, as well as many local rescues in Western New York. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys exploring the beauty of Ithaca falls with her two dogs and is venturing into a new hobby of crafting with her cricut machine. Her current goals are expanding her knowledge in anesthesia and pushing to achieve VTS status as soon as possible.
